  • We stretch the legs on the DYE CZR, and see how many pods we can get from a 68ci 4.5 tank. This test was preformed with ultra brittle old paint. We had surprising results on how easily it handled what we threw at it.

That's actually not bad, 8pods +/- is pretty damn good.
The shoots sound a bit smoother then a Rize Maxxed.....cant wait to get one.
    Btw. Great video, cheers

My DM9 is still my main electro. My 2011 Rail is my backup. Both are great, and really inexpensive nowadays.

At the beginning of the video I thought you were blind. The way you had your head tilted. 🤣
Not bad for entry spool. Something about it makes me want it.

the wife and i have CZR's and have been shooting 2 boxes a week nearly every week for a few months now. We both fire 1 shot per pull and on a 68ci 4500 hot fill tank, we both average about 4 pods max running the tanks fully empty. There have been matches where we run out of air before ammo (4 pods + hopper) and before the 2 matches in a set are over. I have to assume the difference in efficiency we see vs this video is due to the bolt-de-sticking feature that is on by default that is triggered if you wait a few seconds between trigger pulls.

7 4/5 tubes is what it sounded like.
The rotor was running, so there was about 10 or so left to shoot.

_I confess to being a nerd..._
I know that gun has a low operating pressure to be gentle on paint. But it still broke a few balls? Do some higher end guns have even a lower operating pressure? Or does high end paint often break one or two here or there?

The paint that was used for the test was old. It was beyond brittle to the point we talked about just throwing it away.

Higher end guns have soft tip bolt mods available as well. High end tournament paint is pretty brittle.

Comparable on the shot feel in our opinion. It does lack some features that you would see with a higher end markers however.

A well tuned spoolie will shoot like every other well tuned spoolie. I have a Rail, DM9, Gtek, and an ion from around 2007. They really all feel about the same as far as firing. Trigger/frame (UL feels the best by far), foregrip length, and tank length will affect the feel of the gun more than anything else.

You mean full auto mode? There is a switch under the hand grip that activates mode selection and you just have to look up how to change the different modes on your marker

It shoots really slow for a 300 dollar gun my little brother has a spyder Fenix and it shoots the same or maybe faster and would only break like 2 or 3 balls a whole day

This paint was beyond usable for how brittle it was. Needless to say the CZR handled it much better then we could of ever hoped for. The rate of fire was turned down to our field standard of 10.5 bps. Thanks for the question and comments.

    • @TaiOmatzu
      @TaiOmatzu 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Yeah it goes up to 15 bps. If you need more then that the gun is not your problem. I run without ramp and have never had a problem putting people out
