Thank you! That was so helpful. Now I'm trying to figure out the differences if you received your ballot by email. I'm assuming you can just use 2 of your own envelopes inside of the carrier's envelope, but I'll do more digging.
@@ashleycoleman1165 I never found an answer, so I just used two of my own, signed the outer one across the flap after I sealed it then taped the envelope signature page provided in the email and signed that too just in case and put it all in the large DHL envelope. I'm international so I just had to make a choice and get it out there 🤞
