for those of you who say this is a waste of money or stupid or whatever, it's obvious you've never tried the throne thumper. because if you do try it you'l realize very quick that it is a must have and you'll never want to be without it.
I bought this unit and it is plugged in does not light my lamp power than ewiem what's going on because I had a previous copy of the same, or a malfunction or otherwise need to connect? Please help

This won't work if your short and keep your seat all the way down. You need to raise the seat up to mount this. That is something that was not taken into consideration when designing this or it was and Pearl thought it not important enough. I'm a Pearl drummer who is vertically challenged and I would love to try this.

that's a crazy invention! totally wasn't expecting this sort of thing. I want to try one out, but doubt I'd buy it.
Lots of people saying it won't work if your throne is low, didn't you hear him say you can put it on the low part of your throne?
How do short drummers use this as my seat is screwed all of the way down?

I have a question. For an acoustic kit, do you plug the 1/4 inch cable into the output of where your drums are being recorded? How does it work?
