i went through the worst breakup of my life at the beginning of may. i spent may and june sort of pretending everything was ok. everything fell apart at the beginning of july. i was a wreck. i remember paul announcing ttt on instagram and knowing that all i had to do was make it to the 17th, when they would release that song. thru these tears was an answered prayer. never have i related more to a song or been that touched by a song. i bawled and bawled, so comforted that i wasn’t the only one that had to go through heartbreak like this. lany saved my life and i’m forever grateful for them.
