Owning a Supra could be a big headache. You better have a garage and if you take it out it is best you are always with the car. There are jealous individuals out there that would do anything to get back at you for owning something unique. Leave it out and you will certainly get it keyed.
Supra is the ultimate street car and my all time favorite car. It is also my dream car. MK3 or MK4 doesn't matter. all Supras r crazy fast and sick as hell.
"Supra's aren't meant for corners"... You clearly are not familiar with or are forgetting the classic option / best motoring touge battles and time attacks. The supra is a strong competitor in corners.
+EXTREME SCALE PERFORMANCE RC After driving a bunch of different Japanese cars from the 90's, the Supra doesn't come close to the best handling ones. It's a great handling car, just Evos, Skyline GTR's, and the Porsche 911 I drove were all much more comfortable changing direction quickly. As I said in the video, in my opinion the Mk4 Supra is best at straights and sweepers

If you set anything up correctly with the right tires, suspension and weight reduction, of course it could take corners. My mum's 7 seater Kia Sorento can take corners if I had the right set up. All he's saying is. The Supra wasn't designed for zig zag and twisties turnies. Being a Supra fan I can tell you why. Out of all it's JDM competitors the Supra weighted the most. IDK why but Toyota had their reasons. My guess is longevity. On top of that the 2JZ was so over engineered with some mods and tuning it can even be extracting hypercar level of horses. The down side to the 2JZ most people and kids on the internet don't understand or admit is that because it's so overbuilt, it weights so much more to the competition. Because of these two weight factors. Just from engine upgrades alone, it still can't take corners. That's why people rate it as a sports GT. It also looks more comfortable than it's competition. From my experiences, Toyota has weird gear ratios for their sport cars. Maybe it's just me but I'm not use to their gear ratios. Rant over. Where my keyboard warriors and haters at?

Yay love the supra love !!! One of the things i always say is even though the supra is heavy... and torque of that 2jz just throws that car around like its nothing. And its weight is actually its benefit by keeping all the power from slipping around as much as it would if it were lighter. Another thing i've noticed.. is even just a 500whp supra will feel wayyyy more gnarly than a 500whp anything else.. Hell i've even riden in a 700 whp saleen mustang and its power was still not feeling as crazy as a friend of mines supra that was at 450whp at the time. Im currently in the process of upgrading my intake manifold for my supra and im just excited to go drive her again !
+Jake Muldoon They arent light either. usually in stock form they weigh around 3400 lbs. and alittle more if its the TT model. the front end is usually why the car weighs that much though. an inline six cast iron block means its not exactly a light car. But either way i think its a great car and fun to drive.

supras are not only cars but more of a street monster. its probably one of the main engine that has big potentials without harming your engine no matter what you put on it.

Quick question. I'm about to order a used set of Equip's for my MKIV TT 1993 Supra. They are 18x9 (+47) and 18x10 (+47). Is this too conservative? Do you think I will need to add spacers to the rear to make it fit more flush? I'm hoping this sizing will not be too tucked in the rear.

I was wondering if this car is Deep Jewel Green Pearl or Imperial Jade Mica color? The color seems to change with lighting and angle which is really cool for this car reviewed. I initially discounted the green colored MKIV's but after seeing Deep Jewel Green Pearl at a meet last weekend, its on my radar.

hey Alex sorry bout some of the typos in my last comment just wanted to ask what is your take on the Nissan VG 3.0L engines I have a Maxima 1994 the crank is alloy forged its got really block and strong internals I can do a single turbo but really still looking for good advice what do you consider you think. I've read the engine has the capabilities of between 600hp to 1000hp easy the chassis is really good

Boosted Lifestyle another thing to consider is that generally all street tires will not perform with more than 600HP. That's about their limit.
