Back during the height of BF3 I was ranked sub 400 in jets (PC) worldwide and at one point #2 in the F35 (#3 for much longer) and there we few pilots that I came across that I felt I had almost no chance against, Chris was one of them. Chris you may not remember me (rocafellaF35) but I do remember you sir, and you kicked some mad ass bro. Alpha was a pleb I had taken down numerous times myself. Most of the top 10 were just decent players with FAR too many hours to play. You were in the league of players with less hours but MUCH better. Man I miss the glory days of BF3.

It literally only worked if you beat the missile launch in timing. Also, again the videos were pre-patch when the F-35 cannon DECIMATED infantry before they nerfed it. I enjoyed using the Laser guided FLIR screen to spot infantry for cannon fodder, I just found it funner ! Hope thats answers your questions, cheers !

It's not so his team can win though, it's to pad the stats of this "#2" pilot. It's clear he's nowhere near the best pilot in the game, but he'll keep rising through the ranks when he never has to actually kill anyone better than him.
More like it is realistic when trying to perform combat maneuvers. so many tactics encompass using the sun to get an advantage or limiting the advantage the sun gives. a lot of technology has gone into reducing glare from the sun, but all you have to do is look out the window of any commercial plane to see just how blinding the sun actually is at high altitude.
At around 4:30, you execute half of a maneuver that GPEO pilots train on. The full maneuver is if being pursued and unable to shake an enemy. Pilot rolls up to gain some altitude, then roll into the turn until turning the other direction, then that fraction of a moment while the enemy attempts to follow or roll to turn, you roll up into a loop and come down from above onto the opponent. Just, you were the one pursuing, and obviously the enemy might have thought they shook or lost you, or didn't, but then you came from above and got a good shot. GPEO trains in FSX where the air combat maneuvers are not arcade like. But dude, your flying in this game is worthy of recognition. Get your ass on the GPEO forums and share some tales. Or look for it on F-Book (that is if you would like).

Some admins are really shitty people. I once played on a 24/7 server for Caspian. But instead the admin was just camping spawn with a SV98 12x ballistic and just kept getting spawn kills but it was easy picking, so I just got out my recon (L96, 12x ballistic) and got like 7 continuous 1000+ meter head shots. At which point I got kicked. I rejoined the server, he was still sittin on the Russia rocks getting more kills. Went ahead and started getting him some more. At some point someone on the server joined and said "hai alle" Which is Norwegian for 'Hey everyone'. To which I replied "Velcommen! Hvor er du?"(Welcome, how are you?). That is when I got banned for not speaking in English. As much as this is my fault because in the chat every 30 mins or so it say like 20 rules and "Speak English" is one of them, I think that admin is a shit. A warning would have been nice.
That isn't how that would work... Not that this admin was near the top, but passing the person in second place would put you in second place, not first.

How is that a problem? The game is only fun for the person dominating everyone. But the game is fun for everyone when they are all more or less on equal footing. There is no enjoyment in constantly getting brutally smashed by some guy who played this game for 5000 hours while you just started out at 10 hours. I can totally understand why these people get kicked and banned. They should go and play on a server with equally strong players, not pick on the weak players.
Simply being a "better" player is not the problem here. It's about being leagues above everyone else and dominating everyone without giving anyone else even a chance. You don't join a server and have fun when some guy from the esport scene brutally murders your whole team and has a K/D of 110/2. It doesn't work well for shooters because of obvious reasons, but at least in most strategy games, there is an ELO system that gives you a rank based on your skill. That way people with similar skill can compete in matches against each other in order to guarantee the most fun to be had. Even in that system, you will fight against players who are better and worse than you based on their ranking, but there is always a limit to how far people are willing to go. Once you are somewhere in the lower class and the guy you are fighting against is in the top 100 and doesn't get a handicap whatsoever, there is no excitement in the match anymore. You already know that this guy is going to beat you into the ground without even trying. Maybe you think that this is a fun match to be in, but I can totally understand people who would rather fight players who are at least somewhat in their own skillrange.

If you noticed the two key maneuvers that makes him so good are the ‘fly straight up and then reverse back drive straight down’ when evading, and the ‘speed burst and cut a wide angle’ when chasing down fleeing and sharp turning bogeys.
I doubt that guy was #2. Looked like some kid playing with a controller. Maybe #2 on the server, because they ban everyone else. So #1 is probably the server owner or something.

I know honestly I probably wouldn't care if he was boosting and he was like in the thousands place on the leaderboards. But this ruins the fun of the leaderboards and they I think they should reset his score on the leaderboards or ban his account from viewing the leaderboards.

Kourosh Kourison agree but not all of them. one day i played bf4 operation metro 1600 tickets. i had over 122 kills and 50 deaths when the match almost ended they kicked me for nothing i just followed the rules and had fun but still.
Whenever I got kicked by the admin for getting the better of them, I always rejoined the lobby and team killed them (I only played Hardcore). Then I'd quit the server before they could ban me lol. I'd do this over and over to the point where most of their game time was spent looking at the player roster instead of playing the game. Then I'd give them a message on why I was trolling them. This is a surprisingly effective method of stopping the admins from abusing their powers, especially if it was a clan.
summer smooth Yep, but only on Hardcore, of course. After you team kill them and quickly exit their server, you should give it a couple minutes. They'll be confused at first when they can't find your name on the roster, and will look through the player roster a couple of times before getting back to the game. After a couple of times doing this they'll expect you, so go take a smoke break or something while they wait. I only do this when admins are being complete douche bags, though.
HI BUDDY WAZ UP I prefered everything 3 had over 4, The Maps were much better (Including DLC) The weapons were better, Snipers on your team were not useless. The Helis were better :P

The leaderboards are always shit anyway. They are never an indicator of who is really good or not. Usually some hack, cheat, or boosting idiots who are atop.
I'm an admin on 2 servers and I've lost many times due to my team being completely oblivious to everything and have gotten raped in a jet (and I'm decent in a jet) but I've never moved anyone to benefit my own personal agenda, or kicked/banned someone for beating me. I've only kicked/banned for breaking server rules and team sabotage. I still get hate mail from ppl. For example, I kicked someone for not playing the objective. He was sniping into our base from a mountain on Firestorm. I messaged him and said play the objective or leave. He replied with that stupid ass comment, "u mad bro?" So I kicked him after numerous shots being fired at me (still had no kills for himself) and he sent me hate mail saying i kicked him cause i know he's better than me?
My team had all the objectives and we were winning by 300-400 tickets and he was not helping his team at all, so he was kicked. If you're not gonna have team work, go to a dice server and perform your "trolling" there. Idiots are not welcome in my server, whether they're good or not.

This is funny AF! I got banned from the original Planetside, because I could snipe. Players and squads put a bounty on my character name, effectively making me KIS, and even players on my own side would PK me in game. It was hilarious to me, because I don't use hacks, or cheats, but was really that good. Small minds win out in the end. LOL
I've never played BF3. But a variety of PTT buttons where you can talk to the different vehicles may be useful. Imagine the F keys were available: F1 = Jet Radios. F2 = Choppers. F3 = Tanks. ... etc. All the way down to the soldiers with no vehicle. So when someone presses F1, they talk directly to all (by default) of their team's jet pilots. The ability to select/deselect individual jets/choppers/tanks via the map may be useful too, to free up the radio system for those who may need it the most.
So he rents the server, puts noobs into the enemy team, bans those who play relatively good as fast as possible, permabans the excellent players... and becomes #2 in the world... hmmmh.... easy strategy. Alone in donations on a good running streaming account that could be worth a six, even a seven digit business per year. Thx bro for the clip. You should us how it works. wow good shit man, im used to juking the missles. Did not know you could afterburn them. Also I one time got banned from Wolf Team (i think it was called). I hadn't played in 5 years, came back to it, got a ridiculous k/d, one I couldn't even believe, then got banned on the spot. Found it strange, sent a ticket to the company and they said I was using third party software. It was the early days of advancing security software. I asked them if I knew what it was so i could remove it (hell if they ban me, i didn't want to get banned on WoW or League), but they said they wouldn't tell me. Found it super awkward, but I assume it was just anti-cheat systems detecting that my kill ratio rose dramatically compared to the previous times I played.
You never once spawn camped them. yet they will light you up on take off. your skill is jaw dropping. i have tried flying like that and it takes skill i dont have. Respect!!

one day i played bf4 operation metro 1600 tickets.
i had over 122 kills and 50 deaths when the match almost ended they kicked me for nothing i just followed the rules and had fun but still.
Whenever I got kicked by the admin for getting the better of them, I always rejoined the lobby and team killed them (I only played Hardcore). Then I'd quit the server before they could ban me lol. I'd do this over and over to the point where most of their game time was spent looking at the player roster instead of playing the game. Then I'd give them a message on why I was trolling them. This is a surprisingly effective method of stopping the admins from abusing their powers, especially if it was a clan.

summer smooth Yep, but only on Hardcore, of course. After you team kill them and quickly exit their server, you should give it a couple minutes. They'll be confused at first when they can't find your name on the roster, and will look through the player roster a couple of times before getting back to the game. After a couple of times doing this they'll expect you, so go take a smoke break or something while they wait. I only do this when admins are being complete douche bags, though.

Kicking someone just because they're better than you is just low
I'm an admin on 2 servers and I've lost many times due to my team being completely oblivious to everything and have gotten raped in a jet (and I'm decent in a jet) but I've never moved anyone to benefit my own personal agenda, or kicked/banned someone for beating me. I've only kicked/banned for breaking server rules and team sabotage. I still get hate mail from ppl. For example, I kicked someone for not playing the objective. He was sniping into our base from a mountain on Firestorm. I messaged him and said play the objective or leave. He replied with that stupid ass comment, "u mad bro?" So I kicked him after numerous shots being fired at me (still had no kills for himself) and he sent me hate mail saying i kicked him cause i know he's better than me?
My team had all the objectives and we were winning by 300-400 tickets and he was not helping his team at all, so he was kicked. If you're not gonna have team work, go to a dice server and perform your "trolling" there. Idiots are not welcome in my server, whether they're good or not.

***** They do. In real life they don't, but in game, the developers put the same stats of US vehicles to RU vehicles in order to balance teams. If they weren't balanced, one team would always win.

I remember running into this problem so much in BF2 using helicopters. Hitting jets with TV guided missiles and getting banned was always satisfying... And frustrating.

This is funny AF! I got banned from the original Planetside, because I could snipe. Players and squads put a bounty on my character name, effectively making me KIS, and even players on my own side would PK me in game. It was hilarious to me, because I don't use hacks, or cheats, but was really that good. Small minds win out in the end. LOL

I've never played BF3. But a variety of PTT buttons where you can talk to the different vehicles may be useful. Imagine the F keys were available:
F1 = Jet Radios.
F2 = Choppers.
F3 = Tanks.
... etc. All the way down to the soldiers with no vehicle.
So when someone presses F1, they talk directly to all (by default) of their team's jet pilots.
The ability to select/deselect individual jets/choppers/tanks via the map may be useful too, to free up the radio system for those who may need it the most.

Also I one time got banned from Wolf Team (i think it was called). I hadn't played in 5 years, came back to it, got a ridiculous k/d, one I couldn't even believe, then got banned on the spot. Found it strange, sent a ticket to the company and they said I was using third party software. It was the early days of advancing security software. I asked them if I knew what it was so i could remove it (hell if they ban me, i didn't want to get banned on WoW or League), but they said they wouldn't tell me. Found it super awkward, but I assume it was just anti-cheat systems detecting that my kill ratio rose dramatically compared to the previous times I played.
You never once spawn camped them. yet they will light you up on take off. your skill is jaw dropping. i have tried flying like that and it takes skill i dont have. Respect!!
