I got diagnosed with a very stressful condition; PSVT, I really can not work more than 3 hours a day. Is it a disability, do I need a lawyer, if I need a lawyer hoe long does it take to get benefits, and do you take cases from out of state clients? thank you.

Again as I had said in my last comment in another one of your videos... How is it not a violation of the Equal Protection Clause to give people over 50 preferential treatment for benefits/health care access & financial aid from the US government? People such as myself who have Marfan Syndrome will be lucky to live past 50 years of age because that is the average life expectancy for a person with Marfan Syndrome! And why does a person with a fatal genetic heart disease such as Marfan Syndrome have to go through an appeal process to get benefits? The VERY FIRST THING Social Security asks you when you apply for SSDI is something to the effect of "Do you have a condition which can result in death?"
Well I do & I am lucky to have lived to the age of 36 because I didnt find out I had Marfan Syndrome until I was 33! I put myself at so much risk & now I am paying a huge price for it. I cant enjoy alot of the things I liked to do anymore. I havent worked since 2012 & this last decade has been the worst time of my life. I do not want to fight with Social Security for disability. I just want this all to be over with so I can finally try to relax & get back to living a somewhat normal life. For what little left I might have. I am watching these videos because I think I chose the wrong lawyer. They are telling me they dont think they can prove I was disabled before 2013. Thus because of that they are telling me they dont think they can get me SSDI. How can they not prove I wasnt disabled prior to 2013 when I have a fatal congenital heart disease & connective tissue disorder!?!? I was born with it for crying out loud! It kills! It kills babies! There isnt a week that doesnt go by where I dont read from my online group about another one of us dying from this disease! To make matters worse concerning my attorney...when she told me they dont think they can get me SSDI I admitted that I didnt know there was a difference between SSDI & SSI. When she tried to explain it to me it sounded like she was saying that its basically a health insurance plan provided by the federal government. I repeated what she said saying, "So basically what you are telling me is that SSDI is not a plan where they give you payments like SSI but rather its just a health insurance plan...is that right?" Upon which she said, "Right thats exactly what it is." But now I am learning from videos from other lawyers like your's describing SSDI that she lied to me & that SSDI DOES GIVE YOU PAYMENTS...& it its alot more money than you get under SSI! How can a professional law firm make such an outrageous lie to their client? I am extremely upset & dont know how to handle this!
