That's so awesome! I was looking into getting tickets for her show this year because I knew we were doing this deep dive soon, but I didn't know about it until after it had already sold out and the scalper prices were insane! hopefully next time she comes to the US I'll get to do the same
You&I is such a banger and I went to IU Altanta concert on 7/19. The emersive experience is just heavenly with a scale: theatrical, Disney-like, collab with fanchants, and everything. Impossible to forget the memory with IU! ❤

The golden hour concert was actually a 2 day concert on the occasion of 14th debut anniversary of IU. It was enormous and we are again going to see something like this on encore concert of her current world tour in next month. You and I song was most popular song of her during this year in USA and UK concerts. And that secret live of chat shire era wrenches my heart.

I also find it impossible not to cry during that You & I performance by UAENA... For the Golden Hour, the whole concert is spectacular, and hopefully you'll see more and more. At one part, the song Last Fantasy is played during a drone show which lights up the sky (could be seen many miles away). Amazing. Many other performances during that concert you can look forward to. Also - you'll likely learn that she laters writes the song 'Above the Time' and 'Blueming' - and both are continuations of the You and I storyline...but about a decade later. She continues with these cinematic MVs. There are good explanation videos about that when you get to her later catalog, in particular (when she takes full control over her music, lyrics, MVs, etc)...
Secret is such a wonderful song. One of my all time favorites in the IU discography. An interesting fact is that after a performance where UAENA sang "You & I" for IU and she cheered them on and performed a fanchant to that song, IU was inspired by that moment and created the song "I stan U" which was included in her latest album "The Winning". YOU&I at the DC concert this year was one of the best experiences in my life. The roar from the crowd when the instrumental started rivaled some football games I've been to. The energy was off the charts. Absolutely incredible!
That 49:50 Secret is a legend in community, in a sad way 😢 its one Secret live that made one of the most senior member of iu team crying. That time, iu is on a very low level, energy wise (she's taken to hospital before the show) and mental wise (its from 2016's, when many ppl hate her bcs of a controversy).
Speaking of crying, I've seen pictures of her when she has lost a lot of weight is heartbreaking, Haters are vermin, they are so few but they act like they own the truth and speak for the world, they are nothing, basement dwellers, often unemployed looking to harm someone important, and all for a couple of pictures and for exposing her feelings dam. Sorry for the rant. thank God IU is still here and strong, not all the kpop stars of that time did, unfortunately.
49:50 this performance... this was during her biggest witch hunt of her career, the staffs said they cried watching her in back stage :((( you will get to know about it when you reach chat shire era. but damn that was a HARD time for her, and uaenas too.
yeah - there is a video of her staff crying and saying they don't want her to perform 'Secret' anymore after seeing how much she struggled at this time...and, while I love the song and her live performances of it, I don't think she has performed it live ever again.

Mostly it is just showing the love and appreciation they have for IU and the family that is the 'IU Team' - but then a couple of them speak about this tough time (Chat-shire era), and the performances of 'Secret', while they are crying... It's a really beautiful and heartwarming video (includes staff, dancers, band members) - but also makes you mad thinking about the haters who targeted her and others in the field.
