Hey Randy! Loving the content. I just finished a controversial Bourbon myself. 5 parts corn and 2 parts blueberries and just a couple pounds of oats in the first fermentation only. The ingredients were sour mashed 3 times with the backset for 4 total generations with corn and blueberries added at the same ratios for the following generations and enough wash for 6 stripping runs. Oh man this stuff is out of this world.
For you newbies.. He's saying, "yellow dent corn".. Not yellow dead corn.. 😁 And just to be pedantic.. Bourbon is no less than 51% corn as he said...but no more than 80%. A lot of folk look over that.

hi randy im hurting with out out on my still i start off with a good stream but around 10 minuites in it drops off badly i use propane and reflus
