If the video has better and clearer resolution It would really be good. The tiny details are good as well once clearly noticed. Thanks a lot

Hi D Z, amazon does not sell those anymore. Do you know of any other stores I could buy them? Thanks.

Hello Johnny, you may try to look for this part: SMBJ24A-E3/52
I took a look at Amazon and see one result (3rd Party Seller): www.amazon.com/Vishay-Tvs-Diode-600W-Do-214Aa/dp/B0089MCN4C/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2LKEC46ZOS912&keywords=SMBJ24A-E3%2F52&qid=1694469095&sprefix=smbj24a-e3%2F52%2Caps%2C198&sr=8-1
      Hope it helps, thank you.

Hello, I think it's problem only UniFi 6 model's. I have old model AP LR, but its working without the any issue.

If you have the new revision of the AP AC-LR and the PCB looks different than this video, you need to remove the diode marked as "D23". It is located on the opposite side of the antenna, near the border of the PCB.

Thank you for your comment. Do you know the purpose of this diode in these PCBs? Are they for flyback current protection or reverse polarity protection?

@@arun.sekher I think it gives overcurrent protection, as far as I know. I just removed it and never replaced it, my AP is still working fine.

Do anyone knows if UAP-AC-PRO suffer from same problem(s)? Can't find D23 anywhere on boards. It's possible, that I am just blind :D

@@konzola Hello, it could definitely be the same where a diode got fried, especially if the wrong voltage was used.
Based on a quick search ("uap-ac-pro d23 diode") found a reddit thread where a AC-Pro got fried and they ask to check the diode d15 & d16 from the front with a multimeter and if those are good then check diode d13 and d17 on the back of the board.
I am not a full expert, but would suggest if you have time, to look up in reddit the group "Ubiquiti" and post your question there in detail of what could've happen to the UAC-Pro, I'm sure others may shed more light and help you find the issue.

Check underneath the board, I know they are double sided

Sorry about that, seems the seller isn't on Amazon anymore. Your best bet would be to look up the part: SMBJ24A-E3/52
Sorry I don't have any other link O can provide.
