There are millions of Vietnamese people overseas. As a Vietnamese in Germany who tried to play amateur football in very very young years I comfirm that as a Vietnamese, its really difficult to play football properly when the competition has better genes. The only chance for a Vietnamese football player is to play in Vietnam but then theres the problem with those football facilities.

Those who where raised and trained in Japan, South Korea got facilities superior to other countries with lesser developed football organization. So thats my point, if you are Asian oversees (Europe) you have no chance to step up to professional class if you compete with others - maybe its not about genes, maybe the numbers are just relative but in this case the number of Vietnamese talents born oversees goes 0,1%. The substitute bench was so unstable that the wind blew it over and landed on BVB players' stuff, then they replaced it with plastic chairs. I love the idea of a club playing against a national team but this is just a shameful display on the side of Vietnam, a lack of preparation is not something a country should be showing to their guests. Vietnam should learn and improve, don't take this as a slander but as a constructive criticism.
