I've done some more basic/walkthrough projects in the past (#84), and also an intro style video for Carbide 3D. Autodesk's own tutorial videos are actually pretty good, I do recommend them. We're also in the golden age of Fusion content, at least 3 makers I know are creating Fusion training courses. I Like to Make Stuff, Portland CNC, and Make or Break Shop.
