Thank you for the video, I was having hard time to get the plastic cover off on the connector as I was thinking I had to just pull it off. The manual does not instruct that it is screwed on. After seeing this video I had no trouble in getting the plastic cover off. And I could install the shower.
This shower head was easy to install within a few minutes, and looks great! I've been using a cheap-o plastic shower head with no adjustable functions, and this is an excellent upgrade. I really like that this showerhead is brushed nickel rather than chrome coated plastic, and the head is sturdy and solid. I love all of the different settings, and the massage ones are excellent for getting clay masks out of my long hair quickly! I'm definitely going to be glad for this showerhead when I henna my hair again- that stuff is so hard to wash out with low pressure. I also like how flexible this hose is compared to the cheap plastic one I had- it's much easier to move the hose around, and keep the hose out of the way. This showerhead is well built, and seems like it can hold up to a lot of use in my shower. It even comes with a hair catcher (I needed one of those) and some thread tape. I love this showerhead, and it's a great deal for the price! All the showerheads already come with a water flow restrictor in them and they’re usually right at the handle and the bottom where are you connected to the hose good luck thanks for watching
Sorry. I’m a little confused. Was it an optional piece that you didn’t install then? Because the flow restrictor is clearly in a little plastic bag - - the piece with the yellow center. So if you don’t install the flow restrictor,do you bother inserting the check valve-the piece with the black ring at the top?
I installed one of these by myself. I use it besides showering,to fill my portable washer dryer and to rinse off my shower tiles after i shower!! Why didnt you soak the old showerhead in vinegar????? New one looks like old one.
I guess the screen filter didn't come with yours like it did with mine. The qr code said link not recognized to show video. So i I'll figure it out like I do everything else. Thanks anyways.
