I’ve seen comments about the amount of breaks, I’m sorry about that, it’s my first time doing reaction videos and I only now realised how much it pisses people off. I’ll make sure that the next parts after this and reaction videos in the future will not have as many breaks!

I think it was more so, L’manburg got its independence when he was 13 and the war started when he was nine. I might be wrong though.
It's a headcanon, not canon. Tommy might have said he doesn't mind, but some members (i think Tubbo) didn't agree. So if the author of this vid doesn't want Tommy to be 9, it's their choice.
