I just like Tommy so traumatized that he is afraid of doing things wrong, too much- (well, exile traumas xd) how to meddle in things with others (as seen in 14:33 ) for now I deduce that Dream beat Tommy in exile for any reason mistake, that would explain that behavior so distrustful and terrified of doing things wrong B)
The truth is that I imagine Tommy not caring much about the bad things that the others did xd (although apart from those of the Dsmp I only know Toby x,d) as Toby, he is a murderer, Tommy also killed people, he even tortured Connor along with Techno to get Techno's weapons back, Tommy will be traumatized, but he still did horrible things. He is just a sinner in a world of sinners.
And I love your Headcannon about Tommy learning to move silently in exile (Wait- for what purpose? to hide Dream? or did Dream get annoyed by the noise Tommy made? xd)

Im not sure about the information im about to give, however it is mostly due to me not checking in with Tommys streams. But in one thing is, Trans headcanons or Genderbend Aus make Tommy uncomfortable and would prefer for people to not make any of those/remove it. Im not trying to be rude, but rather trying to inform you of his boundaries!! You can tell me if this isnt true or not, and ill gladly remove/edit it off.
