Depends on your current progress, if you're like me at the end game it'll take quite sometime and really depends on how generous will Cygames be in the upcoming future to give free rolls and such. If you buy those suptix and costumes, it'll allow you to get there faster of course Makira will disappear in 2018 and return in 2019

No, because you're also getting single draw tickets while playing, too.
So it's more like 100+ tickets and 55-60k crystals.
I had also bought some of those costumes which gives 10 roll tickets that you can keep to use for later
