    You're getting really good at narrating these explainer videos. 👍 Your sister is a beast and I hope to see her kicking your butt in an epic long sprint soon. One thing worth mentioning about positioning in races this big is that only 100 riders are drawn on the screen at a time so if you're too far back, you'll never see a split, or too late to close it efficiently.

      Thanks Paul! Certainly a very good point - I’ll be sure to mention that in my next commentary/analysis of a big race.

    Sprinting at 370w (so assuming she weights about 44kg) and being in front of a bunch on a flat sprint says everything about how unrealistic zwift is … it’s all about w/kg and not about pure W as it should be on a flat sprint.

      Yeahhhh that's Zwift. Big reason why lots choose to race elsewhere.

    I cant believe 130 watts is giving you over 3. Im 14 stone and would have to be doing 300 watts there. Doesnt feel fair!

    Maybe would have been a good idea to point out which one was your sister.

    this bunch was so timid. you start your sprint from where bathsalts went from (on this course) and if you cant hold it to the finish from there, you are not gonna win.

    • @ZRaceCentral
      @ZRaceCentral  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, bath salts went slightly too early and didn’t have the power to hold on to the finish - dropped to around 5-6 wkg halfway through

    interesting how you said nothing at all for 10 minutes. crucial tip, if you claim a crucial tip, maybe have one

      The key point was that by knowing whether you are a long range sprinter or someone who does more of a short burst is important. That way you know when you should be sprinting and that will ultimately improve your result.

      @@ZRaceCentral and there you explained it in one sentence not 10 minutes. There are many many people doing zwift content, the good ones provide interesting insights, the bad ones have misleading titles and offer little. You can choose which you want to be.

      No, I was just trying to find an example of what people find insightful. Anyhow, no point in arguing
