His opponent should not use the first imperm before the mouse uses effect at 22:10. I know if he does not imperm earlier it could be douged by the trap card, but it is useless if Pat has another card for later movement.
Just a note for anyone else who doesn't know: At 58:23 Pak can't use dotscaper because he used dominus impulse which locks him out of earth monster effects.
Today i spent a lot of time on drones + mous and i was really happy to see that you do basiclly the same but tbh i feel like my version is just a tiny bit better. I dont use White binders eff to banish on its link summon instead i just set and link into firewall. Because if you get nibed after you used Mouse and Cat to special back your kinda screwd yes you can summon binder back and set the trap with field spell but that is it. But in "my" version you cant get nibbed becasue you didnt use binders banish so you still get 2 more bodies du make the big firewall. And the splash in the end i just not needed
Wait... on 1:04:36 unless i miss something about thrust its an illegal activation, pak activated lancia in the opponents Draw phase 1st turn that plays around triple tactics cards

I absolutely love the current 40 card deck list style for maliss they are really strong and fun. I do hope to see 45+list make a move in this format as the potential strength is absolutely insane. Why are we playing Dominus Impulse? Sorry if this is ignorant I am halfway through the video, but cards like dotscaper, Firewall, and some builds with Knightmare Gryphon or Transcode Talker? Seems a little bit hindering vs its reward in the meta? Gryphon still has its floodgate effect under Impulse which is the important. Firewall you can live without, and Dotscaper can get sided out for going 2nd.
I’m agree the the guy under you gryphon flood effect doesn’t activate so it’s still live, it’s also after it resolves not a criteria of being the entire duel just after it’s resolved . Most of those cards are part of the turn one combo and will already be used anyways or can be lived without and game two you can side out. You can grind fairly well for later turns under the restriction, it’s not that big of a hindrance imo
@ squirmer does not say pop a yubel monster. It says monster that is "yubel" which means og yubel. Or 1 that mentions it (terror, samsara, itself). It cannot pop phantom. Ive been playing yubel since release

Phantom and Throne mention the archetype, Squirmer and the rest of the support specifically mention OG "Yubel". Mature Chronicle has the wording you are thinking about. It's this: I wish the entire support used Chronicle's wording, that would mean Squirmer would be usable and Throne searchable.
i like the sky striker build better than kash in some ways but not in others. you get to main deck talents and thrust as additional spells for engage for the sky striker package which makes the deck strong going first or second as a way to play through hand traps or boards. but the kash engine is better at breaking boards and controlling the opp extra deck so its a meta call. you need the 2-4 bystials in the deck as extenders in either build so it leaves a small space for nonengine. you also can main shifter in kash but not in sky striker build keep this in mind. (for those who say you can it doesnt matter, it does because you wont have the spells in the grave to grab back with kagari after you search for hornet drones. its okay if the deck you are playing against cant play after you shifter then you side it but going blind main deck with anti synergy is something i wouldnt recommend but thats up to you.)
It gives you a spell out to detonator to play around the field spell and a way to make a link three with making a link two, which sounds like solid theory.
at min 15:20 isnt link into firewall, reborn cat and crypter, bounce phantom with firewall a play for game? ofc we didn't know about the phantazmay, but atleast we were going for game
I thought Cat couldn't activate its effects bc you use t11 to sommon It. Even if it gets sent to banish. Its effect to special from the banish is an you can effect which you activate. T11 says you neither player can activate the summoned monster.
I will always watch every Pak Locals Video, but the video title is a bit misleading. Would have appreciated some post recording commentary like he used to do a long time ago. But we still got to see him teach his opponent how to make better lines with Maliss.

Sky striker Maliss may not be the best build (no one really knows yet), but it is definitely the most fun so far
