    one big loaf,
    1. 800 grams of white flour
    2. 10 grams of salt
    3. 460ml/grams of water
    4. 300 grams of sourdough starter
    how to.
    1. put the flour, salt, water, and sourdough in the mixer for 10 minutes on low til it is smooth, soft, and elastic.
    2. take the dough out and of the bowl and make a bal of it, put oil in a bowl and place the dough in it. cover it and put to rest for 3 hours in a room of 23-24C.
    3. take the dough out again and push the air slowly out of it. make a nice bal of it, put it in the resting bucket upside down. cover it for 3 hours in a room 23-24C.
    4. pre heat the oven to 230C a hour before the dough is ready. put a dutch oven in the the pre heated.
    5. take the dutch oven out of the oven and BE CARE FULL VERY HOT!.
    turn the sourdough upside down from the resting basked on baking paper and place it in the dutch oven, cover with the lit.
    6. put in the oven for 25 minutes with the lit on.
    7. take the lit of the dutch oven and bake for another 25 minutes.
    8. and done.
