    I have replaced cartridges with genuine HP several times and find that sometimes it is difficult to get them to seat - especially, for some reason, the magenta. These are all XL cartridges.

      +Brian Halm Make sure that the cartridge clicks into place. Run your finger along the tops of the cartridges to make sure that none of them are protruding. If you feel any cartridges that are not level, press down firmly until each cartridge snaps into place. To know more follow the instructions from the article:hp.care/2rWkFZc

    How does it come that it's already empty again? I used mine for like 20 pages and after half a year of rarely using it it says it's empty?? Never again HP

    Managers should be fired for making this worthless product. Wasted 24 hours of cumulative work and still not working.

    I just replaced the black ink cartridge in my HP Officejet Pro 6230 and it still thinks it has no black ink. I followed the directions and reviewed it a second time. Now WHAT?

    The 6239 ePrinter is a hunk of junk. Notorious "Printhead Error" with NO support for HP if you not in warranty. Canada has a class action lawsuit cc the 6230, can't wait for the American one. I have been using HP printers for over 30 years, but I would not buy one now for love or money.
