- 2010 Ford Taurus SEL
This Taurus has Ford's familiar 3.5L DOHC V6 which makes 263 HP while paired to a 6 Speed auto.
It's a great car overall. Massive car that can do 28 MPG & comfortable interior. The high rear deck is an annoyance one must learn to get used to. Design of the rear cup holders on the armrest is stupidly designed & must change pronto. A few touches here & there in the interior also could've been of better quality but it's a decent cabin overall. I do hope Ford is working on the rear end for 2014-2015 as this rear look a tad bulky, tall, & quite bland as oppose to the front end which looks quite good.
Since 2008, the Taurus has proven very reliable & I've seen many 2008 models ( Same Engine / Gearbox ) with over 150K still in perfect condition. Hmmm, maybe I'll do one of those & hopefully an SHO soon lol.
My 2010 SEL is still running amazing! New tires, brakes and arms with 160 thousand miles on it. 💡🙌🏻
I love the startup beeping of the Ford Taurus
6:51 Bro, that plastic cup holder design has functionality in mind. The entire point of making a huge plastic tray around the cup holder is to see the liquid spills and wipe them off easily.
Even though I'm not a big Ford car lover or a full-size car guy, but this car is fully American compared to any other cars built in the USA today.
i Love the exterior styling and i LOVE how damn big it is!
I like the chime when you put the key in.
I love this car , great design
My first car. Bought one exactly like this from a used car dealer. Same colour, same trim, same interior. Identical.
Is it a good car?
Big and comfortable but it's an unreliable gas guzzler lol
@@jacobbaird3628 lol not surprised
@@jacobbaird3628 not reliable? What happened??
These cars are much better than the "rental" Tauruses from 5 years ago. (:
So much better looking then my 02 Taurus Se that I had, wasn't really a fan of it but if I ever drive a ford Taurus again, this the one to look at
The interior on these always reminded me of the old Thunderbirds.
I love the new ford chime and hondas chime 1992-2012 is what makes Honda a Honda
Definitely a step up from the previous generations and rids itself of that rental car look although the design is still bloated and bulky. I'm guessing it drives nice though.
I have a twin to this car and I love it!
Bet you like the "steering wheel" because it's nice and thick. You love thick things
Why is the key strapped to the steering wheel? Wouldnt that make it easeir for someone to get in it and steal it since you cant lock it cause it has both keys? Im so confused.
For convenience of the owner/parent of the car
you didn't mention anything about thigh support..
I agree
Really like the looks of these, a massive step over the 1996-2007 years which were pure trash.
why its not come with sunroof
That is a VERY good camera for an iPhone :P
Where is the fuel rease button?
Rear ends looks weird and dosent match the front. But add aftermarket HID lights, 19" 5-spoke rims, tint the rear windows, and possibly add a tint film to the rear lights, and you have a nice looking ride.
Forgot to mention the springs in the oh s handles
You really should’ve riv itlike that unless it was under a load,
Motor Trend gave it 2.5 stars, but what do they know :D
So does it have a aux? Don't care much for the interior, but I love the exterior, and Taurus is a slept on model...
Sholliday yes, in the center console I believe. Also, aux input is for the most part standard in all 2010 cars
have blue tooth. audio to
@Jakeman2164 its actually nice to see such a big car these days!
I would never drive a big sedan like that.
If they are around, can you do a Toyota Highlander HYBRID version. I have already seen your other highlander videos, just wondering if the hybrid has better quality by any chance.
Could I install a touch screen?
Yes
Nice car until you get to the rear. Never quite liked it. The rear seems like it was an afterthought.
Nah, it’s huge for 3 sets of golf clubs or a ton from CostCo.
I accidentally got my aux cord stuck inside the storage arm rest . How do I fix it ?
the struggle is real
About to buy one with a blown head gasket for 500
Lol and what happened?
grip it grip it good lmao
In my opinion the Avalon is better.
Bro your job is to convince people to buy the car. Not say all the negatives and convince them to buy something else lmao wow.
too much revving the engine. I don't like that. Once is enough.
@hondaftw1234 lol why?>
How reliable is this car
I have been driving one since 2010 and I have had no problems but I don't put a lot of miles on one.
@@WhittyPics that's good feedback thanks. Someone else said unreliable...maybe it's a luck thing
Mine has over 160 thousand miles and still looks and rides amazing. I won’t get rid of it and trust me they keep trying to buy it from me. Just bought a 2020 ST and told them to find me an SHO to buy.
@@cg741graf5 I appreciate it
@@cg741graf5 🤟🏽 ima look for a 2010 SHO I appreciate it
Horrible review
Ca400427 XDXDXD
