No this is not ligulate corolla . Ligulate corolla is strap-shaped, zygomorphic, gamopetalous corolla, with a short, narrow tube and strap-like, flat upper portion. It is seen in the family asteraceae.

What happens when each of the stigmas receive pollen grain?
Do all the pollen grain produce pollen tube?
We see multiple ovules inside ovary, do all the ovules get fertilized.l?

First of all it is a rare case that all the five stigma will receive compatible type of pollen and if it receives all the compatible pollen then they will germinate.
And all the ovules can be fertilized when the stigma receives all compatible pollen grains and they form pollen tube.
I think it is very rare to occur as it depends on many factors.
