Indeed
Almost as bad as getting Rick Rolled
No I'm Blackie Chann
Yep it only took 4 mins for your mom to come
Heeehee
Stand up comedy at that age is extremely hard to do. He did great!
True
Especially censored for a highschool crowd
"The great thing about woke comedy is that nobody gets hurts but also nobody laughs. So it's a trade off" Norm Macdonald
You wanna let the kids do comedy then let them. Muting their comedy down to "acceptable social levels" defeats the purpose. The only thing that worked was the off the cuff mom joke, that probably would have been cut if it had been written.
That audience reaction (@ 2:38) reminded me of when some small 12 year-old child solved a rubix cube in 11 seconds during the school talent show and the entire school went insane.
Tahlia Evans yo I can do the same but my fastest is 8 seconds
@Isiedru Pangelinan jealous biatchhh
i can do that with my eyes closed no hands behind my back using nothing but my butt cheeks
@Isiedru Pangelinan It's not hard to do that, it just takes a lot of practice. I think my best time was 16 seconds before I quit out of boredom. The WR is under 3 seconds, so I dont see why you think its impossible.
Yo I don’t even care if his he said any jokes....
Everyone needs a crowd like that. People getting mad are jealous that there stand up didn’t go as well or that they just don’t like seeing people succeed
Only one who seems to be getting mad is you

Jeez. Everyone is hating on this dude. You guys who are currently crushing this dude’s attempt at something he loves would be the same people to say “chase your dreams” to someone you know. Give him a break. His confidence was beyond what most of us have, and he actually gave it a try.

This was not a time nor place for George Carlin jokes . One wrong word and he would be expelled for (you name it) .
He did amazing! People being harsh - hes performing for a highschool as a highschooler - he wont be able to tell offensive or dirty jokes; and at his age he’s not going to be able to tell incredibly relateable adult jokes yet

Wow.
So, as a professional entertainer who has done 3 world tours, let me tell you something.
Material comes and goes. It's easy to get, lose, create, sell and buy. If you have some, good. If not, itll be fine.
But stage presence cant be bought. At all. And you got it. When you already have what camt be bought, buy the rest.

@@johnjohnson1514 Oh my God.......oh my god......, a professional entertainer that YOU, "Mark" have never heard of? That's insane!
My name is Jason Jewell. You can find a bunch of random crap of me on the internet. ("Jason Jewell The Illusionist") I was also a martial arts choreographer and stunt coordinator on The Fusion Stunt Team.
I've toured with the Game, D12, Girls Gone Wild and 38. Special.
But these days I lecture to other entertainers about character development.
But I also lecture on syllogistic structure and propositional logic. The world has become so lazy that accomplishing as much as I have is seen as impossible.

But, since YOU, "Mark" have never heard of me. So I'm afraid I've not yet reached the pinnacle of success.

Decent job for a young guy who had his act censored. A lot of people don't understand how hard stand up is when you are just starting out. It's damn tough working on timing, confidence, gestures, handling negative things and so on. I hope he sticks with it.

well he said half of his act was cut because it was too edgy so I guess there wasn't too much comedy.
He knows his audience I guess...if it was elementary, he could've just told the kids he smelt, so he must've dealt it.

Us 3 should start a business and sell dog shit as miracle drug that you rub on the bottom of your feet to heal multiple illnesses. Apparently, people these days will believe anything and judging from the amount of people in the comments that haven’t figured out the heckler was by design….then we would be rich within a week.
Good to see “your mom” jokes are still alive in highschool. 😂
A lot of people are saying it wasn’t funny and the entire act relied on it- he literally said that there was going to be more but it got cut short by the principal right before he went on. It may not have been the most original thing to say, but the delivery was spot on, and also, the kid’s in high school, you can’t compare him to experienced adult comedians who’ve been in the business for decades. Come on, now, you wouldn’t compare an artist just getting into collage to Michelangelo, your standards are way too high.
He must have prepared that shit a month ago fam, it could be way funnier tbh
I think what made this mom joke special is it was very sneaky.
"this isn't a participatory thing" reminded me of Bo Burnham so much😂

The heckler was his best friend….think about it, the story was going no where, and he didn’t finish it. The material was having his friend act like a heckler and yell something so he could use that line. The heckler was the material.
