And I've literally put that to the test by buying two pair of then sam shoes, one "protected" the other not and there was no difference (in fact the protected ones were actually a little worse off because the "protectants" lightly discoloered them)
The other ones I just washed with warm water and a little bit of soft soap, like baby soap, orange hand cleaner works the absolute best though, keeps them white causes no discoloration.

Went home and cleaned the rest of my shoes and my families shoes perfectly. The dude was super nice and I loved his pitch so I couldn’t resist the purchase. I’d say it was worth it to have my shoes nice and clean again, now I’m not worried about getting them dirty because I have my miracle juice at home.
