Rods are 3 1/2 lb fox explorer ti. Fantastic watch as always 🎣
FOX explorer Ti 3.5 lbs. Can’t beat snag fishing close in, I would be dropping some mixers on the edge of those pads and freelining a pop up resting over the edge of a pad.
Watching those pads move as a fish makes a move for your surface bait… there’s no better feeling of excitement and anticipation!
I’ll be checking out the new Exocet next time round as the older one has been excellent.
Qualityyy as always 🙌 like the Exocet line aswell! Used the 23lb version myself and even the diameter is still nice and fine for such a high breaking strain 👌 casts like a dream

The rods you used are the Fox Explorer ti 3,5 lb. Nice vid, i myself fished there in the margins aswell, many times though its the tench and such moving the pads, and since last time it was a barbless only lake, some carp have very bad mouths, so hooking them is harder as usual. i have seen some of theyre mouths, and it is bad. Very nice lakes though, seems you were at the shallow end.
