TRUE STORY: I was in Hawaii 2 years ago and I had a DiCAPac. A series of 15 foot waves came in and I was shooting under the waves. It pulled me over the wave and slammed me into the the sand. I lost my camera, flippers, and goggles. By the time I surfaced, the next wave hit. Long story short. I asked my buddies in the water if anyone sees a camera floating around. Through the white wash, my GH5 with the DiCAPac washed up on shore after 5 minutes completely dry. 💯 For under $70 this is a pretty good budget friendly dive case. The only downside when your diving down 20-30 feet, is that the DiCAPac is pretty boyant so it will make you float to the surface faster than normal.

*Scientific Answer* 🧐 The angle of the sunset for 1. Light from the sun still strikes the air, including the humid layer right above the water, and the clouds higher in the sky. The steep angle produces the gorgeous deep reds, pinks, and oranges, while the rest of the sky develops shades of purple, blue, and sometimes green, and gold. If you watch a Hawaiian sunset, linger a few minutes after the sun has set and watch the colors develop. Additionally, you have 1) Volcanic dust high in the atmosphere aids scattering 2) Hawaii gets help from geography. The islands are located 20° north of the equator and 155° west of the Prime Meridian in the Northern Hemisphere. The position gives the islands balmy temperatures year-round, which means there’s enough heat to put a lot of water vapor into the air. The humidity aids scattering, intensifying colors 3) The sun sinks into the Pacific Ocean, far from any land mass that could disturb the atmosphere or break the horizon line. I've got four Dicapacs, up to 15 years old, and all are still waterproof. Got a "proper" UW housing (Meikon brand) for 4x the price of dicapac and the housing body started structurally falling apart at less than 18 months! Staying with Dicapac for sure!

Oh. My. God. This is UNREAL. Jeez, man i'm blown away. Wow, you created such a sense of a story with it, and the camera movement and edit just throws you into it. Just reallly so so good. I have the A7SIII and am now deeeeefinitely getting this waterproof case in an attempt to see if I can get anything remotely this beautiful.

Maui is one of my most favorite places in the world! It's absolutely beautiful. Surfing is also so much fun there! And if you're looking for some restaurants, Hali'Imaile General Store has the best Pineapple-upside-down cake ever! Molokini is also an awesome place for diving and you could get some incredible footage, although you have to take a boat and you'd probably need a better waterproof case. If anyone reads this comment and is thinking about getting that waterproof case..PLEASE! be 100% sure that its closed properly and don't take it into waves or a place with rocks. I've work for many years with cheap and expensive underwater housings and it only takes 1 drop of water in the wrong hole for your camera to stop working and the possibility for it to happen is big when you just cover your $3000 camera with just a thin layer of plastic....remember, you can't blame the company and insurance won't cover the damage in that case. Keep your cameras safe! peace :)
