To change the name of someone in your group you'll need to have access to the People app and change it from their profile. People acts as the main database that all the other apps pull from. Group Leaders don't usually have access to the People app - only those with Administrator Permissions can do this. Instead, you have two options: 1. You can speak to an Administrator about updating their information for them 2. Is there a staff calendar In planning center where people can put in when they’ll be on vacation etc.
Calendar is designed to manage church events, rooms and resources. We currently do not have a product to manage individual calendars/appointments.
