What type of reporting can be done with workflows?

@@gunthrulife thanks for your question! You can use lists to look into a workflow and see how many people are on a step, completed a step, and more. Unfortunately you can’t see which cards are overdue this way though. There will be software coming out soon called Parable, that will let you see overdue cards a lot more. Stay tuned.

I'm using PC Work Flow for Pastoral Care/Visitation List. Does Planning Center have a reporting feature that counts the number of contacts (ie. the number of notes recorded in a Work Flow) during a date range?

Great question, if you use a list in People and look at a Workflow and within that workflow, you can see things like whose on which step or who has completed a step. It may not exactly show you how many notes, but it will get you close to what you are looking for. Give it a try and experiment with the Lists options.

How do you set up workflow from a list and not a form?

Hey Tamara, thanks for your question! You can use an automation in a list to add someone to a Workflow automatically when a person is added to that list. You can also use the bulk action feature in your lists to take that action manually (rather than through an automation).
