Totally worked for me. Note 5 SM-N920G, I used the N920T version. No issues so far. I was about to give up on rooting, I could not get TWRP or CWM to actually function and every other Kernal I found required custom recovery. High On Android saves the day yet again.

This method worked...but now my phone keeps getting the error "kernal not SEANDROID enforcing" and randomly reboots, and reboots when making calls.
So I rooted my note 5 last night and everything went smooth. Except today it just restarted out of no where around 5 times. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, or what I could do to fix it?

I have a note 5... did the root successfully... now phone randomly boots...random times during the day other wise successful
your kernel is bad. i have a note 5 tmobile same model as you and the kernel is not seandroid enforcing message would popup. my phone calls would constantly drop and i had severe performance issues on a few of my apps. i had to install a different kenrel to fix and it unrooted my phone so I'm back to square one. do you have a better kernel for sm-n920t?
ive tried 3 different cables and every different usb port on my pc. it will not recognize my phone.

i installed root everything works fine but it reboots every time i make or recieve call after few seconds...and there is something red written for kernel on left side on logo.

For SPRINT NOTE 5 Noble kernel.. makes de phone robot aaaaalot, better option is to look for the new Freeza kernel on XDA developers

Anytime time i turn my screen off.. the phone wants to turn off on me.. Ive been having issue before the root which is why i was kinda forced to root.. i did root the note5 but i run 2 type of issues first random restart
second when you go to smart manager device security threats to fix that will reboot the note 5 & will stock on loop reboot u have to download the kernal file again

why is it after I root my note 5 somehow the fast charging doesn't work anymore? I flashed another rom to restore it back to original and the fast charging starts working again... is it the problem of my charger or is it the problem of the kernel ?

Big question, if you root the Note 5 from Tmobile. Will you still receive software updates ??? or you just have to disable SuperSu when doing the sofware update.

I have also tried using several different kernels and still get same error. How can I figure out the correct noble kernel for my device? fine but right during reboot i saw the
“kernel is not seandroid enforcing” and my device reboots from time to time..
