Previously, today is the day we have moon viewing called Tsukimi in Japan, and I was planning to make dumplings with my daughter, Sutan. But I didn't have the energy left to make them, so I was about to go out to the supermarket to buy some dumplings.

That's really good. She has the opportunity to play using toys and entertaining herself with books etc and not by using phone or other electronic stuff
From my experience that’s pretty common in Japan among young kids. Parents are generally more directly interactive with their kids here (although of course there are exceptions.)

She sleeps so little. 1:30 AM and woke up at 5AM so 3.5 hours. In between Sutan also cries middle of the night and she is busy from morning till night. What a superwoman, i feel ashamed of ever complaining 'busy day'. Total respect 👏👏 I want to be as productive as you!

Do mot feel ashamed, an adult needs 7-9 hours of sleep per day. There is a price later in lofe for sleeping less than 7hours
She take a nap and not showing on the vlog my wife do the same every weekdays but on weekends she nap in the afternoon. I tried to do it but man i feel dizzy and sluggish not sure how my wife able to do it but i don't do power naps must be it.
She doesn’t get a lot of sleep but her skin is crystal clear. If I don’t get good sleep for 1 night my face breaks out

Hats off to every mama who lives in small spaced house/apartment who's husband gets to work from home due to coronavirus (and my husband’s company makes it permanent 😱). We have to do everything without making too much sound and extra work of fending off toddlers from their fathers (and stop screaming when it’s meeting time). Wfh is stressful for everyone.
Actually many people saying that they are more tired if they dont do anything, everyday routine, activity gives a lot energy.
I love how you don't try to exaggerate your day. These days, I feel like a lot of TH-camrs try to make their lives look glamorous in front of the camera. I love how you show the world the human side; like when you get tired, frustrated, and the daily tasks of being a mother and providing for her child. Keep it up, Moe. You're doing everything right, and Sutan is very lucky to have such a patient and loving mother.

Honestly, about your day being pressured: It may feel like this to you and might be considered this in your culture, but as a mother watching from Germany let me tell you that you make a very calm and balanced impression and Sutan mirrors this perfectly. She would be different and more present (so to speak), but she's calm, interested, knows a lot and obviously loves being with you. And given the amount of uninterrupted sleep you only seem to get, you're a saint😊.
She is such a hardworking mother. I just want to hug her.

To involve your kids in cooking teaches them to eat and cook healthy foods and it's a chance to bond
That how it should be (ideally). I remember best times I had were as a kid helping my mom cook, molding donuts, shaping dumplings, etc. It's great bonding and memory to last lifetime 😍

Moe, I just want to let you know that you’ve inspired me greatly as a mom myself, my daughter is 6 months older than Sutan. I’m from the US and stopped breastfeeding when she was a year old, only because my body stopped producing milk. I work 40 hours a week at a large company and was able to use my breast pump there in a nice private room specifically for nursing mothers several times every day.
Watching your videos has really given me the courage and strength to just keep going on, to be the best mother I can be. The patience you have with your care of Sutan is so inspiring. Honestly, your videos have made my life better! I’ve learned more motherly patience from you, so from the bottom of my heart I thank you 🙏

She said it takes 30 hours to create the video, so I think she meant the whole editing process, not just adding the subtitles. Filming, selecting the the footage and putting it together, adding music and text intros/outros etc. I'm sure adding subtitles is included in the 30 hours and takes a lot of time too, but I thought she was talking about the whole process.

Eat healthy food and find something to relieve yourself, like a hobby, also, dont push yourself too hard when you dont need to :)
Sleep too long and you will be more tired. Just sleep like 6 hours is refreshing enough

Sleep quality matters. You should visit sleep center in a hospital. Maybe you will need polysomnography.
Being a stay at home mom is so much work, sometimes you’re dying for adult company and it’s hard to see your non-mom friends advance in their careers while you feel at a stand still. But in reality, the time you invest in your child is irreplaceable. You will never get their childhood back. I stayed at home for all 3 of my kids. The payoff will be your deep bond with your kids. It’s totally worth it. Keep up the great work Moe!!

I'm stressed with continuing my education and wanting to be a career woman. My husband asked me what I wanted and if I was happy being home with the kids, to which I replied yes. He has to remind me periodically that a career can wait, I'm here with our kids now. So what if I keep up my education and start a career mid 30's? I would have raised our children the way I wanted to. I have plenty of friends who's parents started work after they left the house

That's very correct, I've also seen a lot of children struggle with language at preschools because of their parents refraining from active interaction with the children. now a days they just give a phone to the kid just to not ''have '' to play with them, and it's so sad
I started talking when I was 8 months old, so I guess my mother would talk to me a lot haha
@El Lorenzo exactly no smartphone = talking to friends and you can learn A LOT from friends.
The kids we mean has no one. I can tell you that it's already scientific proved that children wout interaction does speak less good than the average, and some of them actually becomes falesly diagnosed w autism and so on.
So please don't say it doesn't really matter when you actually have no idea how much it does matter. This is aswell what i've been studied at university and i take this topic quite serious

I just want to say my parents recorded me growing up and I really appreciate it now because I wouldn't remember a lot of my childhood otherwise. I think Sutan will appreciate these videos when she's older and it'll feel even more worth it when she wants to watch a video like this of just an ordinary day with her mom and how she called out doggy isn't of rabbit for the moon viewing.
That’s really cute and I’m lowkey jealous. My mom was stay at home mom but had terrible self esteem issues and thus we never really took pics or videos unless we were with more family. We had vacations and such but none of it really recorded. My sister and I are adopted (from birth, we aren’t birth sisters either) and I wish we had something like that to look back on now that I’m 30. Now I’m in my feels 😭
