There are two kinds of Obj - 1 Direct Obj. and Indirect Obj.
1. Direct object = non-living things जैसे - (book, table, chair, mobile, pen etc.)
जैसे - She lent me her bicycle.
Q. What did she lend me?
Ans. Her bicycle. (Direct object)
2. Indirect object = living मतलब जिसमें जान हो जैसे - (me, you, us, him, her, them, Ram etc.)
जैसे- She lent her bicycle to me.
Q. To whom did she lend her bicycle?
Ans. Me (Indirect obj)

There is only one object in every sentence, why do we use "To" before the object.
Answer - “To” is also a preposition. We also use “To” to show direction.
She went to school. (direction)
We came to him. (direction)
