Regarding Regine and whistles, Regine did not perform whistles live. But you may check her recordings in the past She has B6 notes in “i know” from Her “Reigne” album, Eb6 in “With A Smile” and F6 in “More Than Words Can Say” with David Hasslehoff. But for Regine’s listeners its not a big deal, the fact that Regine has better passagio and all controls within her range is more than enough.
Great respect for Regine Velasquez, great career, great technique, powerful belts and beautiful woman. . Surely it should have had more visibility in the West and more recognition. Morissette amon, what about this girl. She's the next level. Generational talents of this level meet once in a lifetime. I am one of the few Westerners, a long time ago, who had the honor of seeing her live, she was 19 years old. TH-cam doesn't have the audio quality, to do justice to his voice. Through youtube his voice is phenomenal, live his voice is two levels above. Live with a very good quality microphone, you can hear all its nuances, especially at the low notes. Experience to do at least once in a lifetime. The first time I saw her, my jaw hurt, it was always wide open with my tongue in sight.
