Great collection, I espicially like the new look for the CHP, to me that's much better than the old Black and white cars. I was waiting for somebody to actually have one of those older model Caprices. The Figures makes the cars look even better.

Actually, the CHP still primarily uses the black and white police units. The white CHP units are like a more specialized division of the CHP, possibly what used to be the old California State Patrol (CSP) up until 1995.

I am building 3 simultaneously as my first attempt in making police vehicles of scale 1:43 Rolls Royce Phantom in burgundy (idk the brand because I got it off from the Rolls Royce showroom), 1:24 or, 1:27 (idk the exact scale) of a yellow Hummer H2 SUV by Maisto & a 1:18 AutoArt Mercedes Benz CL63 in black. It would be really helpful if you or someone could help me by advising how to add a switch because I can only connect lights to a battery directly or, leave the wires exposed (joining turns the lights on and detached- they remain turned off).
