Lumpini is a lovely park. I regularly use one of the outdoor gyms. Cats ad monitor lizards everywhere. Busy early in the morning and on weekends, especially Sundays. Surprised you were able to get someone to break a B1000. It's a pain as that's all the ATMs dispense. Seven elevens are great for a small purchase and breaking bigger notes.
The park was great! What a great getaway from the busy city! The people working out in the outdoor gyms look very well built! It was a bit of a pain with the notes but we got used to it! Thanks for your comment, great to hear from someone who uses the park 🙂
It's not a smart idea to be travelling in a country and publicly shaming the police of that country. Especially in Thailand, you have only put a target on yourself.
