Collioure: an exquisitely pretty little place slumbering by the Mediterranean. So pretty, in fact, it feels like a toy town. Also completely savaged by tourist hordes in summer. My advice? Go in Dec/Jan/Feb and you’ll have the place to yourself, aside from a few locals, and who knows, you might get lucky with the weather! One year, I was down there in dead of winter and had a run of 20 degree days. Not boding well for climate change, sure, but lovely while it lasted.
You are right, it is a lovely place but too many people during the summer

This place looks like something out of a fantasy. Specially that massive fortress overlooking the area.

La perle du Roussillon et un des plus beaux villages de France. Les artistes ne s'y sont pas trompés. One of the beads of southern France ; the artists made a right choice. Uno dei posti più belli del Rossiglione ; gli artisti hanno scelto bene.

Eterno viajero jovato el pueblo pero pintoresco calor todo el pueblo en la playa hasta pronto.
