Hi guys my name is paras i was heavy addict of sleep i used to around 18 hrs 12 hrs in a cycle like i woke up at 8pm then I'll go to sleep at 8 am then will wake wake at 8 pm or 12 am not eating healthy frustration was high past few months i have started watching videos of abk sir then i procrastinate on things but my life started changing when i know how exercise can help me now i wake up at 5 am going to bed at 10pm eating healthy drinking more water,body is neutralising feeling better it was hard at first but now it has become part trust me guys alarm clock is revolutionary n your will power i have wasted my 2 year then i understand skill beats talent talent is an edge but not whole
I do this previous one month ...I improve many bad habit ,I promise myself

Avoid oily food , maida , sugar
Take easy to digest food (fruit, Dalia, khichdi)

Mein ye inshaallah regular karunga....mein ye sab karta tha but not regularly...guruji aap 10 year pehle kaha thay😊 khair abhi mein 29 years ka hoon...I look weak but soon get stamina,energy, strength
