Excellent video as usual - thanks to whoever made it, I was out there for most of September and the first week of October, so just missed the celebrations featured at the beginning. One thing about Arroyo there is always something going on to attract both tourist and local alike. During the first week of September stalls were set out giving local businesses the chance to sell off summer stock at sale prices. There was also a collection of brass bands playing in 'pensioners' square as well as a fashion show. Tivoli also attracted attention with locals wanting to see the Fair grounds saved - in the Spanish tradition of being more entertaining than demonstration, I of course think that Arroyo is the best place on the Costas to holiday = especially if you are a wee bit older. Thanks again.
Have been there with my boyfriend and we rented an apartment, for 2 weeks a few years ago in the white low building on the right just below the parasol 0.33 inside the video- a nice place- with 2 balconies- the apartment was on two floors, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea- and sun sunrise- deliciously delicious. From the entrance door we could see the cable car, which was taken up to the top of the mountain, at the Tivoli Gardens. It was far to the beach ,so we found a bus -line 21 that we could use- a good holiday it was definitely!!
