How to make Pancakes (3 natural Ingredients/No Oil)

  • These pancakes are so easy to make, you only need 3 ingredients to make them, [No Oil].
    The ratio is also super easy to remember so making these pancakes in the morning is a glimpse! They’re probably the healthiest pancake recipe!!
    ✅ INGREDIENTS:
    All purpose flour - 50g
    Natural food (Spinach/purple potato/etc.) - 50g
    Egg - 1 whole
    During blending:
    If Spinach / Broccoli / etc. - add 30g water during blending
    If Purple potato / carrot/ etc. - add 60g (30g+30g) water during blending
    ✅ Tips:
    1) Can add Sugar (10g) as optional
    2) The recipe yield about 15pcs pancake, subject to the batter size.
