  • Ingredients:
    Butter/牛油 - 150g
    Peanut butter/花生酱 -50g
    Icing sugar/Fine sugar(糖粉 或 幼糖)- 130g
    Egg/鸡蛋 - 1 large/一粒
    Plain flour/普通面粉 - 200g
    Corn flour/玉米粉 - 60g
    Salt/盐 - 1/2 tsp/茶匙
    Black sesame/黑芝麻 - 150g
    Glazing/上光:
    Egg liquid/鸡蛋液
    Top Decoration/点缀:
    White sesame/白芝麻
    Note/补充:
    Black sesame is having bitter aroma in natural, adding peanut butter is an essence to bring out the sweet aroma. If you can accept the original flavor of black sesame, you can skip peanut butter and change the butter to 200g
    因为黑芝麻本身会带些苦涩香,加入花生酱是一个精髓以带出甜香味。如果能够接受黑芝麻的原香味,可以不放花生酱,并将牛油改成200克。
    Bake in a preheated oven/预热烤箱
    Baking Temperature/ 烘烤温度: 170°C
    Baking Time/烘烤时间: 15-20 minutes
    Note: Baking time may vary by type of oven/ 烘烤时间也许会因烤箱的类型而有些分差

      I have not tried before but technically it is viable. You may give a try and share the outcome :)

      Hi c y, managed to give a try by replacing butter with corn oil and yes, it turn out well. You may give a try next time 😊
