Teaching and Preaching is a ministry gift, if women were supposed to keep silent then why would we allow them to sing? Its all about order, it has to be in order. The whole reason Paul was speaking on this topic is because the church was getting out of order. But in Acts it says God will pour out his spirit upon all flesh, men and women will prophesy.

2it says even female servants will prophesy, even scholars will say that another way to define the word prophesy in some context is to Proclaim the word of the Lord.. if GOD said that women and even female servents will proclaim the word or prophesy then I believe him. Its all about rightly dividing. The word says that woman should not "usurp" authority over man. The reason paul said they should be silent is because they were yelling across the the other side of the church to ask questions.

The reason paul said they should be silent is because they were yelling across the the other side of the church to ask questions.
