yes you have to pay $40 for the skin, BUT you also get the premium battle pass ($10 value), 2000 coins ($20 value), 20 battle pass skips ($40 value cause 10 skips is $20), and a Legendary Pharah skin ($19 value). overall not a bad deal.
@@alexreese3216 most likely not. Ultimate battle pass skins have never come back in the shop. Think of them as battle pass skins where they’re only available in the season they debuted in except you buy them in the shop.

I would wait till mid season. Last season they but the kiri skin in the shop for 1900 coins, maybe they do the same with the mercy skin
