The Juggernaut is NOT a mutant. The Juggernaut, also known as Cain Marco, is a formidable antagonist in the Marvel universe. But did you know he is not a mutant like his step brother Charles Xavier. He is actually a regular human who acquired his powers through the mystical Crimson Gem of Cyttorak.
The gem is linked to an extra-dimensional entity named Cyttorak. The Inscription on the Gem reads Who so ever touches this gem shall possess the power of the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. Henceforth, you who read these words, shall become forevermore a human juggernaut! Once Cain touched the gem he was granted immense power and boundless energy, with incredible physical prowess making him a near unstoppable force.
He can also heal using the power of the gem, although this healing factor is not quite as strong as other characters like Deadpool or Wolverine. The Juggernaut's size is generally depicted as massive but he cannot change his size willingly. However, when he fully harnesses the power of the gem, his already extraordinary powers are amplified to an even greater level, as seen in his Trion Juggernaut form. Overall, the Juggernaut is a multifaceted and captivating character in the X-Men comics, with his mystical powers making him an almost invincible adversary.

Wanna know how Juggernaut stacks up against the hulk? I just dropped a new short covering this topic! th-cam.com/users/shortsUnJSKrliwV0?feature=share
I think it's funny that Xaviers step brothers name is cane Marco, xmen just forgets about flint huh?
He was mutant when the MCU got their hands on him
Yea I think they didn't do their research as I feel like they really don't like the X-Men, all of the movies have been awful for the most part imo
@@RealQuickComics only New Mutants in my opinion but I pretty much refuse to watch the movies I just cant lol
@@danielhasleftgroup1623 yea X-Men is so close to my heart that it kills me to see how they treat my favorite comics. I stick to the 90s animated series! @@RealQuickComicsfirst encounter in the animated series
90s cartoon also says that he has a latent mutant gene that was activated alongside the magical powers. They discuss it when he loses the magic powers to someone else. He gets them back and throws the gem into space and breaks the tablet iirc
I remember that episode. Dude that took his powers was having the time of his life, while Cain was lying there dying 😭
For anyone that's curious, he wears the helmet to block Professor X's (Charles Xavier) psychic abilities from affecting him.
Made by Magneto
Thank you!!!
i always wondered why Magneto didn't mass produce the helmet and outfit all his men with it and not just him & juggy
just like how members Avengers didn't get a personal Iron Man suit once they joined
@@tedjomuljono3052Those helmets are expensive 😂. Ironman doesn't want everyone else to be called ironman, it would get confusing 😂
The Iron Man armor set requires each armor to be encoded to each user's brain waves in order to be used effectively.
One of the best Juggernaut stories is his friendship with Black Tom. Black Tom nearly got killed and Juggy decided to make Black Tom invincible too. So he got the gem and gave the power to Black Tom. Which split the power in half. Now both of them were half power Juggernauts. Things happen and a few more people touch the gem, they all get an even amount of the power and Juggy is just done with losing his powers because he is just a joke compared to his best form. He go through this whole quest to gather the power back to the gem, then destroys the gem to prevent anyone else from taking the power from him again.
But honestly? I think he was alright splitting the power when it was just him and Tom. Juggy is a surprisingly generous friend.
That's a really cool story. I'll look it up but if you know what comic it is lmk. It sounds like a good storyline. Maybe I could make it into a short.
@@RealQuickComics only took a quick search to find. Marvel Team Up 150. Not quite the story I remember, but close.
Yeah jugs is a good friend and team player. I think he was recently used as a bullet since he can't be stopped once in motion. So now he's floating through space all alone
I remember as a kid I thought his name was JuggerNUT, and since his costume resembles a giant red hardware bolt/nut, it made perfect sense to me.
Lmfao 😂 that’s awesome
That's hilarious 🤣
Ok... That actually makes sense...
and he is nut inside She Hulk
Ok that is an honest to god a good assumption
All I hear is “I’m gonna rip you in half now.”
"That is SO a Juggernaut thing to say, AAAAGH!"
I’d argue his healing factors are among the highest in the MCU. He was burnt to a skeltonized version of himself and still healed it off like it was a scratch, even continued fighting, as a skeletor lookin ass mfr 😂
Yea I think if he's dismembered tho that he will not come back like Deadpool but idk, I don't think they've explored his story that far.
@@RealQuickComics not to mention he was able to heal being stabbed in the eye by Shatterstar by the time he wiped the blood off. But dismembering…not entirely certain. I’m not even sure if he can canonically be dismembered, what with him having his mystical shielding from the gem…idk boss man, you’re guess is as good as mine 😂

Juggernaut’s healing ability is beyond Deadpool’s and Wolverine’s.
I think it comes down to what form we're talking but Deadpool can be shredded to pieces and come back. Idk if you can even do that to Jugg.
@@RealQuickComics Yup, Deadpool cannot die because Thanos cursed him. Also you’re right about Juggernaut he is totally, absolutely indestructible. And that’s from the official handbook of the marvel universe.
This character gets clowned so much cause of how movies make him look, but ppl don’t even know how powerful he truly is, even thor had trouble with him
Yeah, sad how deeply pathetic the Deadpool movie made him look, only his design was cooler than the already disgraceful Last Stand's version.
Right! He either doesn't play well on live action or something idk sad tho
To be honest. I feel like Deadpool did him some form of justice. At least with his design.
Yea I felt it was pretty good as well.
Not ONLY his design, but did you hear his theme ( in the soundtrack--- the full version in the end credits of Deadpool 2) ?
It was a *profane operatic masterpiece*!
Strange used the Bands of Cyttorak against Thanos. Didn’t even know that was the powers of the Gem that give Juggernaut his powers..

Interesting that you bring this up. I plan to make a hulk vs juggernaut video soon!
@@RealQuickComics nice can't wait
The Juggernaut is probably the scariest villain to try and fight. The way he talks is always threatening, the way he walked towards Deadpool in DP2 is just shut stains in my pants. He’s kinda funny to when he gives metaphorical death threats.
Juggernaut: Ima put that guy in your guy.
Juggernaut: I’m gonna rip you in half now.
Juggernaut: I’m gonna melt you down and make a cock ring outta you.
Bro, like no other super villain is saying this shit. It’s fucken hilarious.
Never thought he needed healing, thinking as his armor, and by extension skin is invulnerable, as he’s supposed to be unstoppable
He was once reduced to a skeleton and kept moving. He recovered pretty quickly from that. But like you said he's so durable he rarely needs to worry about healing.
@@Igarappappa you beat me to it!
He has a lot of magic abilities in lots of his variations. Like some he has a magical force field and other stuff.
@@joba9429 Plus his power is limitless depending on the relationship he has with his patron. If he's using his powers for the sake of destruction, Cyttorak will give Juggernaut as much power as he needs to make him truly unstoppable.
His unstoppable power is available his biggest weakness
One of my favorite questions ever asked by fans is "What would happen if Juggernaut ran at full force into The Blob?" Juggernaut being an unstoppable force that literally cannot be stopped when he starts moving, running into Blob whose mutant power is to make himself completely immovable by any force whatsoever.
That's a good question 🤔 I'm honestly not sure
It can only be, annihilation.
Actually Juggie has some pretty insane regeneration feats, like when he got reduced to bones and broken armor mid charge, then instantly regenerated fully, completing the charge against them 😮
Dude, that sounds dope!
First it was his helmet that gave him power but now it's touching a gem....oooookay.
Finally! A short and simple origin story of Juggernaut.
how many times is the Internet going to cover this...
His helmet just screams “my traps are so big, my neck is irrelevant”

In another juggernaut documentary said his healing factory is one of the best , there was a comic where he was down to his skeleton and completely healed quick

Oh man op
Was definitely one of my favorite characters back in the old X-Men cartoon series
I freaking love that show! It needs an update to the animation at this point but otherwise an excellent show!
One of the greatest moments in comic book history is the only time he’s ever been stopped once in motion. In a side story of World War Hulk, juggernaut arrives at full power after going for a period of time being a hero at the x mansion where hulk is fighting the x men. He charges him at full speed, but this hulk is different. He’s never been this angry before, and for the first and only time in history, he caught the juggernaut and stopped him in his tracks. This is impossible, so in order to continue moving, the juggernauts grapple with the hulk actually forced the tectonic plates to permanently shift, closing fault lines and creating new ones around the world. Easily one of my favorite scenes in the marvel comics
No the Hulk didn’t stop the fully charged Juggernaut. The Hulk moved out the way and let Juggernaut charge past him and Hulk pushed Juggernaut to give him more momentum.
Thor is the only one who stopped Juggernaut with the God-Blast in the Mighty THOR #412.
@@thanosdoomjuggernaut2846 that actually came after he had stopped him. He even commented that it shouldn’t have happened, and let him go so he didn’t permanently damage the earth. It wasn’t one fluid motion, he did stop him first, but he also did in fact push him and let him sprint somewhere into the distance
One of my favorites 😁
Nice! I am a big X-Men fan so I agree 👍
He nearly died when someone else found the gem and took his powers because Caine has been juggernaut for so long he can't live without it but thanks to Charles they found it and restored hus powers Caine then threw the gem into space or the sun
When you take Magic tank roll at the game
Juggernaut actually has better regeneration then deadpool and wolverine. Juggernaut got reduced to a skeleton and was laughing and regenerated his whole body instantly.
Deadpool been turned to human jello, and Wolverine was nuked to bones
@@Dc0sby Did they regenerate there whole body in the blink of an eye?
Juggernaut was always there, shooting in the gem.
Fun fact: Juggernaut had endless cinetic power, that makes him unstoppable... literally. And gives him INFINITE strength.
Fun fact number 2: His regeneration is the fastest shown in marvel. Juggernaut can regenerate from skeleton to normal in less than second. Plus if his body has even one atom, he would regenerate himsalf back.
That X-2 booboo of Juggernaut being "affected" by leech.

Prof. X has so many family members that hate him that I wonder why they never teamed up. His half brother, his son and his twin sister should form a team. Juggernaut, Legion and Cassandra Nova
And what about his definately too young if you think about it son from the Xmen Anime? I know hes Not Canon but would fit very well in the Team XD
Even with all that unstoppable power it is impressive to know that hulk was the one and only to truly successfully stop the juggernaut while he was in motion .

Juggernaut is a mutant when Colossus gets the gem 😋
Now, I want to see Juggernaut at full power in a completely chaotic world where he'll just continuously get stronger
So, like every brothers thing in every family, one gets Brain while other gets muscles...
One of my favorite villains
Same!
You know that's always the one debate out of everything. They always assume or call him a mutant or a mutate. But they all keep forgetting mainly that he's not exactly a mutant. Seriously he's been a human this whole entire time & yet he's the only non-mutant that was able to take on the entire X-Men & whoever else gets in his way.
Juggernaut easily one of my favorite villains
Yet in Deadpool 2 they found a way to nurf the hell out of him 😂
How was he nerfed? He beat the sh*t out of Colossus and would have killed him if Negasonic teenage warhead and Yukio didn't show up to help Colossus electrocute him and push him into a pool of water
