    Hi Eric, given the same quantum, which is a better option?
    1. Havelock2 office (potentially good tenant profiles, refurbished in 2016, 59 years lease left, about 4.X% yield, now 1600 psf )
    2. Peninsula Plaza (old but freehold, about 3% yield, now 2600 -2800 psf )

    Any property agent tells you that rental is a fix and passive income is deceptive

      Don’t think will have passive income for commercial properties. Rental can cover installment happy already 😊

      Most banks can loan as they look at director’s income.
