It's not just the dark that conceals mysteries in your videos, but also the silence. I'm drawn in but scared to look too closely or turn the volume up too high. The atmosphere is incredible as always. Awesome work
I just finished going through all your videos. I love them all, but I think this is my favorite. I like that the house didn’t appear abandoned-that was somehow spookier to me. Walking in to a fire going and the candles lit, like you were expected, reminded me of a folktale. Can’t wait to see more!
@ Watch tape six. there is something in that house that isn’t human. I am being completely serious brother. Every. Single. tape. is off in some way. no way in hell those are dog eyes. they are always out of view and are always following him
dude i am at a loss for words. this series is so sick! and only 6.13k subs?? you’ve gained a new subscriber! keep up the work, it’s incredible what you’re doing!
This made me think of the Roanoke disappearances. Especially with the Indigenous American and Colonial art pieces hung around the house. The snow gear too, skis, snow shoes etc. I also think I spotted a couple dream catchers on a few of the windows near the stairs. All the signs of life without any actual living people is unnerving. Love these videos so much and the subtle mystery being played out. Also…The description section of these videos…Intriguing.
Someone else mentioned it but I think what's so scary about this house is how... pristine everything is. Nothing appears abandoned about it aside from the complete lack of people. They seemed to have left the place in quite a hurry! But I also think that this house looking quite livable still, might imply that something else, god knows what, could still be there besides the protag
Stop the video at 2:45 and really look at what’s clinging to the rock wall on the right. Completely dark body but his white face is completely visible in the light.
I think this dude is trying to make contact with the unseen beings as he explores unknown building. And that's probably the visual disturbance he meant.
1:29 Anyone else think it's a bad idea to stand with your back to the cryptid next to the rushing river that prevents you from hearing it sneaking up on you to push you in?
Just love the work going into this series, my most anticipated uploads by far. I think this video has cemented to me that these are real places you've been to (even if at least parts of them eventually turn out to becomputer animated, maybe it doesn't matter). Amazing work!
This looks eerily like north vancouver. Particularly the bridge that looks like the capilano suspension bridge. That spooked me a little given its a favorite hike of mine
Another brilliant vid 🙏 Something so inherently spooky about waterfalls at night, and the ambiance in the house was perfect, can't wait for the next one
Around 3:20, it reminds me of the bridge from Snake Eater. Also, these videos are beautiful art, thank you for creating and sharing your unique vision.
This is one of the most beautiful things I’ve even seen. I’m so glad I stumbled onto your channel!! I can’t wait to show my son in the morning! He will love it too!!!
Thanks for showing us through these places. I couldn’t be so brave but it’s like catching a glimpse of the unknown. Haunting, mysterious and beautiful.
BRAVO! I stumbled upon the first video going through the cornfield and it brought me to here and I got to say I'm hooked especially noticing the pair of eyes looking back and the fact you made a point of it! Can't wait for more❤😎👍
One of the most unsettling videos but beautiful as well. It’s so homey and welcoming by the end but there is just this overwhelming sense that we need to leave. The way you create such a balance between fear and beauty through your videos is unmatched!!!!
I think one of my favorite things about this series is the lack of "sense of distance traveled" from point A-D it feels like 1 mile or 100 miles, with no indication if it's all recorded in one night or multiple nights after tape 5. it feels like there's no in between as if it just blends together. Especially viewing them back to back It's very disorienting but that's probably the idea.
i am just here to enquire about your render enginge. how many rtx4090 do i need to render this? this is impressive. you are one of a hand full of animators i know who achieve photorealism. wow!
For what it's worth, even though I'm convinced that a lot of the farmhouse/old church videos are UE5, this video seems almost entirely like actual footage: with the exception of the brief scene walking in the narrow crevice and the approach to the house (and the spooky cryptid ofc), everything else is lacking the uncanny details that made the other videos suspect. E.g., the shadows cast by the flashlight and the movement of the cameraman are much more natural, reflections show a cone of light that moves instead of the UE5 glowing orb (also the fact that the cameraman avoids getting too close to reflective surfaces so he's not visible, which wasn't done in the first church vid), and the simple fact that all of these scenes are plausible: photographing a lake/woods/waterfall at night + a nice cottage is is a lot more believable IMO than a cavalcade of perfect abandoned buildings
I don’t think any of it is rendered. Re-check the older videos; the detail of the clutter, the dust, the random chunks of wall and support strewn about the dilapidated buildings he roams through. It would take far too long to model all of that, much less model it in a way that a flashlight light source would react to as it would IRL. I’d say he may touch up places here and there, but I seriously doubt it goes beyond that
Wow at first I thought this was going to be the calmest episode since it was in the woods. Nope, goes to place that looks abandoned just minutes ago. Scariest episode yet.
No, it's just some guy walking around, shining a light everywhere. What? He looks like he's alone. Sure, I'll keep an eye on him. I think he's in our house! This is like something out of a horror movie!
@@briscoepark No matter how many times you say it isn't generated, which I've seen you do many times in multiple places, these "experts" will never believe you.

How can anyone think this is not real? I mean i have no idea about what technology nowadays can create regarding video games and those things, i am really not into it, but it looks so extremely real to me. I read in other videos that people were saying that these could not be real because the person's footsteps could not be heard but in this video you can easily hear them.
