  • See how it was to use the Arduino connected to a soil moisture sensor to control the lighting of an LED, which could also be a relay for activating a solenoid valve for automated irrigation.
    The soil moisture sensor module has 4 pins, which must be connected respectively to: an analog port, a digital port, ground and 5 volts. The analog output is used to see how measurements vary. The digital output will deliver a high or low signal to the arduino, which can be regulated in the module using a phillips screwdriver or screwdriver.
