A vicious trap, guaranteed the member will lose his entire money and the company will win, never become a member.
Is this company part of Mahindra group ? Then shame on Anand Mahindra. He should be aware of his scam.
When I wanted to buy a new car, booked XUV700 and cancelled it.
Bad reputation precedes any buying decisions, Anand Mahindra should know this.

The moment they open the booking for a month, all resorts show waiting list. If it is just now opened, then who made bookings even before it's open for booking, and how ???? 2:55
Same issue, we paid 1.5 lacs for a 3 yr package. Never got a room, when asked for refund company said only 2k will be refunded. This is pure loot, people trust Anand Mahindra and this is what they get in return. Any way of getting a full refund??
Not sure how educated people fall for such traps...Always keep control in your hands...you decide when to go, where to go and how much to spend on accommodation. You dont need 3rd party for that.

It's true that Club Mahindra is minting money from members under 'ASF' and not providing rooms on time. Members need to wait until anyone cancels the existing booking. God knows who books all rooms for any listed resort they have in advance of 4 months ! Club Mahindra needs to either increase the number of rooms or stop taking new memberships.
And food is very vary costly like 1000 Plus taxes for breakfast and around 1800 for lunch

This is true whatever is said in the video. I too was cheated in the same way. During COVID due the ill health of my husband and myself we were not able to travel and my 10 days lapsed. I was promised that my 10 days will be re-credited but this never happened and I was getting calls from sub agents informing me that I have excess nights. I even have a proof of one of the conversations. We members are cheated left right and center. This should be brought more into the limelight so that this scam reaches Anand Mahindra. Despite me upgrading my membership from a white member to a rec member I still face the same problem everytime I try to book a holiday. I have to actually fight for my holidays which I did on two occasions and managed to get two red studio apartments. I would never ever recommend anyone to sign up for Club Mahindra Membership.

@@Sampati-Ramayan I agree, but its govt job to form the policies which can avoid such situation and also if some company voilates them , then there is very strict punishment. see our consumer courts, any case there is a punishment for consumer himself. and punishment are so puny that big companies dont worry about them.

How to file a complaint. Against Mahindra Holidays I also lost 5 lakhs and again paid ASF for 5 years.

Sir exactly same problem I am facing and due to non availability of rooms I couldn’t take holidays and had to stay out moreover they have cancelled my 14 holidays saying you can’t exceed more than 21 holidays in aap

You pay for the fault of the club which was not able to provide the accommodation, this is the trap, holidays accumulate, you continuously have to pay ASF, holidays lapse for no fault of yours as the club does not provide accommodation, ultimately you are compelled to stop payment of ASF, no holidays as ASF is due, you lose your membership fee paid and accumulated holidays, practically membership is dead, a win win situation for club mahindra.

Is there any regulatory body? Who is allowing this company to take deposits from common people? It appears that it is a part of Mahindra Group and these "Mahindra" brothers always give lecture on how India is now a days reckoned as No. 1 business destination etc etc.

Hello Everyone, I took Club Mahindra Membership 3 years back and for last 2 years, I got bookings properly wherever I wanted. Only thing is you have to book 3 to 4 months prior or do your bookings within 2 to 3 days when you receive bookings open msg and dates from Club Mahindra. I got bookings for Goa also and I got bookings in all Resorts of Rajasthan without any trouble because I made all bookings in 3 to 4 months in advance. Also my Goa and Rajasthan Club Mahindra stay experience was awesome and beyond words.

No really friends...I am not dalla. I have taken Bliss Membership in my mother's name so I got good discount as she is senior citizen. In Bliss Membership I can book in Red Season. I get sms from Club Mahindra three months prior that bookings would be open next day morning at 9.30. So I book immediately next day morning at 10. First I check their Season Chart for dates of Red Season. And through Bliss Website, I do bookings. Last year, I got proper bookings for all places of Rajasthan on my dates and I went to Rajasthan with my wife n daughter and why to lie...our experience in all their resorts was awesome. This year in Feb, I did bookings immediately after getting bookings open sms for Goa in Red Season and I got bookings. Ya, first I checked that whole May was Purple Season so I didn't get bookings for May but April was Red Season and I got bookings on my dates from 22nd to 27th April. Why I will lie.
Then what about people's commenting here on loosing money, are they lying!?
The membership is for the convenience of every members logged not for the random person. Moreover, Most of them flagged red to this company.
