I saw that comment and it didn’t sit well with me, but I must say, you answered that question amazingly! My husband is on palliative chemo for stage IV colon cancer as well. I’m so proud of his strength even on his bad days. He’s fighting this fight for himself but also for those after him. It’s people like you that help determine what treatments will work now and what new treatment could come in the future. You are in my prayers, God Bless you!

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! inside and out. My husband has stage 4 rectal cancer and we have a little beautiful 8 year old daughter. We cherish every day and we are thankful for everyday that we have together. There is something about the strengh that cancer patients possess that is almost surreal. When we get new "news" from our oncologist I sit there and cry, I can't hold it in. My husband though sits there, tough as a rock and tells me not to cry. You all are special individuals, you have hearts of gold and unvelievable strengh - wishing you well xxoo

Allison Beaulieu I’m sending prayers for your family. I often say I think it’s easier to be the patient than the caregiver. Don’t forget to take care of you!

I didn’t see the comment Shannon, but got the gist of it from your vlog and other comments here. You dealt with the question so well, but I think the person was out of order to ask it. I found it rude and a question to make you think about something you would rather not - you have enough to cope with without some thick insensitive person asking duh questions.
Anyway, enough about them. I am glad to see you continue to look amazing ( really amazing - love the hair - you look about 20!) and are staying so positive. If you didn’t talk about your cancer, no one would know you had it - you don’t look ill at all. You look fantastic!
My husband has stage 4 Bowel cancer so here in the uk, we trot off to chemo every Friday and spend the time in between dealing with the fatigue and side effects. We stay as positive as we can and live life for each day. I expect you do pretty much the same.
You are an inspiration Shannon and I wish you all the best from my little corner of the UK. xx

You are beautiful on the inside and out, and thank you, so much for sharing your journey in such a positive and amazing way. You are helping many of us who are, ourselves, or know of others going through similar circumstances. My sister in law is only 46, so she is young, like you, and she was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Your story helps me to know what she is going through, and how to be there for her, my brother and their family. Thank you very much. 💜 PS I absolutely love this hairstyle on you, all of them, and how you are making lemonade. 💜

hello, I watched your video It brought tears to my eyes. recently my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer it been a big scare and heavy on my heart thinking about the possibility of losing my mother is something I can't face ill do whatever I can to help her fight to survive. I sent you a subliminal that was made to destroy cancer cells I hope you will check it out any little bit helps just always remember that this illness is as spiritual as it is physical. also, try to get involved in prayer chains through churches if you can have faith and don't lose hope you will beat this and overcome this. I hope this was helpful and for the very best for you on your journey

My dad was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. He has 2 liver metastases and the first step of treatment will start tomorrow. I really hope with the chemotherapy and then the removal of the tumor, lymphnodes and metastatic lesions starts. I do really hope that my father has the possibility of cure but you have my deepest respect and hope. I can not imagine how it is with colon cancer. I have only the perspective of a family member just at the beginning of treatment. I want to thank you for your fight not only for your family but also for the doctors. Maybe this can help my dad. So thank you and I really do hope the best for you.

Miliko207 He absolutely has a chance for a cure! Make sure you have a really good liver surgeon! I wish you luck and send prayers!!

Thank you for your kind words! At this point of time I dont know how they want to treat my dad. Maybe with the chemotherapy they either want to decrease the size or make a surgery less likely cause the metastases disappear from the chemo. He got a stoma yesterday because they were afraid that the tumor will obstruct the colon during the next days. I dont know about liver surgeons yet. But our hospital cured our neighbor. He was 25 with testicular cancer and metastases in the liver, lungs and brain. After the first chemo the metastases were gone. He is cured now for 2 years. So I do hope and pray that he will get better. I will include you as well. Especially your words that he do has a chance make me very positive.
