I would agree, I’ve played everything from bowling, baseball, soccer, tennis, and wrestling and swimming was the hardest due to the sheer endurance required to swim fast enough to win or do well in swimming.
I feel like this list was made by an American though, given that they called NFL... Football... and because Rugby in every single aspect is harder than NFL, both physically and ability wise... yet NFL was 3rd and Rugby didn't make the top 10.

All sports take years to master lol I’ve been playing badminton for multiple years (excluding a 3-year break that just recently ended) and the precision needed is honestly kinda insane. For me at least. Obviously all of these ball sports require precision to a) hit the ball and b) make it do what you want it to do

As a hockey player, we build skating and puck control into muscle memory, thus’ it is easy for us to do both at once.
Than it becomes easy unless you vs really good players

Ok this is my opinion I think horse riding is one of the most dangerous sports because you have to trust your horse with your life and any problems could cause you to die or get seriously injured. Also there was a story where a person fell off a horse and they obviously had a helmet on but the horse stood on their head and the helmet was crushed and the persons head was barely injured. This shows that horse riding I a pretty dangerous sport.

Cricket players can become baseball players but baseballers cannot become cricketers.

This is so wrong on so many levels, Horseback riding by far should have been on the top 5 at least, you are competing with an 1000 pound animal that could crush you and that has a mind of its own, you could easily die if you take a bad fall, equestrians have intense workouts, break bones in their body, after every ride their thighs burn because of how hard it is. Not to mention how it uses every lower muscle including your hips and core.
And it didn't even make the top 5 but basketball did. I do basketball and it is semi hard but not as hard as riding.

i gotta say freestyle skiing is one of the most fun things to be able to do because there are no rules and you can do what you want
there is so much freedom in this sport

but the only thing i hate is other skiiers that dont know the piste rules and traffic on the slopes thinking theyre experienced

Skateboarding is very underrated with how difficult it is, being a professional means you go and train almost everyday to skate, its also a painful jurney, falling from ledges and rails, and super fun once you get the basics down.....

Here’s a tip from a fellow ice hockey player myself: the reason y most people fall the first time they skate is because they try to stop. Stopping comes with time and practice but for now, skate like ur riding a bike, if u slow down or stop, u fall. Just glide into the boards or keep skating. Some may think this is dumb but i think it works don’t sue me

From experience I can tell you that its a lot harder than most of these on this list.
In about 4 weeks you have to learn how to play memorised music, march a specific way the entire show, and memorise where you go for every set (usually a couple hundred sets per show). Everything you do also has to be in sync with every single person on the field.

Any sort of professional climbing (eg. sport climbing, bouldering, trad climbing, alpining, speed climbing etc.) are all easily the hardest sports by far both physically and and mentally especially if you include free soloing in the "professional climbing" category anyone that says otherwise has either never climbed or thinks climbing isn't a sport

I do figure skating and the trick is to start young and don’t hold back. If it doesn’t feel natural and calming to you, and causes you stress, it’s not for you.
That’s all sports, I was forced into baseball early on and didn’t enjoy it so I quit and I don’t regret it. Same with swimming although that was more because I didn’t enjoy the team vibe, they all took it too seriously for someone like me who just wanted to enjoy it and I personally don’t enjoy 2 practices everyday for months
I think the high precision action sports should be at the top - Skateboarding, BMX, Snowboarding, Skiing etc. Just pushing a skateboard on a street isn’t street skating for example.

No way autoracing is that low. Drivers go through some of the most intense and demanding situations any human can experience. Like imagine driving in a metal box going 200 mph, strapped into your seat without any regard for mobility, in 130° F (52 c) while having on a thick firesuit, doing this for 4 hours and also having to avoid making the smallest mistakes while racing 30 other people in the same situation

As a ice hockey player it is very hard, especially at the beginning because when you start, you have to focus on a lot of things at the same time and a lot of the time it doesn’t mesh very well and you just fall on your face lol
This list is so meaningless lmao they out here saying field Hockey requires more endurance than racing 😂😂😂 (F1 races are usually an hour and a half of 6G+ racing every single lap, not to mention endurance races)
