Yes, but be rest assured you're not the only person to do this.. Honda fuel taps are even worse, they drip fuel to the carb when turned off, so engine will start and you'll cut a strip up the lawn before it cuts out, after a few mins it'll restart and cut another strip. This has caught so many customers out.
