Combat command is only Beneficial to those appointed..if u in an alliance and they dont rotate the titles I say leave it and farm them and take it ...if they want to keep the title have them waste city passes jump back and forth. And if your alliance has it dont protect it if you dont have title you gain nothing again only appointed people let them fight for it
If my alliance has buffs in city level 2 but we are now in city level 3, do we need to move in level 2 before marching to city level 4 in order to get buffs?
this video explains it, same kind of buffs in each level city do not stack, you must have different kinds of buffs and then you can have same kinds of buffs BUT in higher level cities (2-3).

It’s just a term I use for alternate account. No it doesn’t feed your main, it’s just to help build or research or make an alt alliance for using in invasions

are the buffs of the 8 forts in 2 level 3 cities added together???
